As the Managing Partner of Oganly Careers International, Edna is responsible for the executive search in banking and treasury, funds and Investment, and ESG and sustainability. She also recruits board members, and Independent Non-Executive Directors for Companies and Charities.

Edna is an expert on Diversity and Inclusion matters and is uniquely placed to assist firms diversify their teams with a high retention rate. With her help, creating an inclusive and diverse team will be about more than ticking boxes. Instead, it will allow organisations to source new avenues by introducing them to untapped potential.
She also provides consultancy on executive search and to firms establishing their European presence or expanding their operations in Ireland. Edna is especially positioned to help companies from emerging markets. She has a wealth of experience engaging with them from her involvement at her family businesses with well-established links with emerging markets.

Edna has a keen interest in charitable causes and social enterprises. At this moment, she is a supporter of 2 social enterprises and sits as the board member of 1 charity.

She and her family also run a private programme that funds education to many children in Africa. This programme has been in progress for over 20 years, ensuring the next generations are provided with opportunities and quality learning.

Moise is responsible for developing and delivering recruitment plans for designated markets, working with teams in Faculties and in Professional Services and ensuring outcomes are aligned to the University's strategic aims.
Moise has a passion for creating visually stunning designs that capture the essence of a brand. He holds a certification in graphic design from the prestigious University of Colorado, where he honed his skills in design principles, typography, and visual communication. With over 5 years of experience in the field, he has had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from start-ups to established brands, helping them to bring their vision to life.

Mohamed is our student recruitment officer for Tanzania and Zimbabwe for our College partners in Rep of Ireland.

Mohamed is responsible for developing and delivering recruitment plans for designated markets, working with teams in Faculties and in Professional Services and ensuring outcomes are aligned to the University's strategic aims.
Mohamed is a holder of a Bachelor degree in Banking and Finance from a prestigious University in Malaysia and attained his prior education from Tanzania, Mauritius and Zimbabwe. Mohamed is highly connected within the Education space in a number of African countries, Malaysia and Mauritius and he is keen to utilise these connections to support us with our recruitment programme for our Educational Institution partners in Rep of Ireland and elsewhere.
